Very quick response to calling towards the end of the business day, and was able to arrange a convenient time for a non-emergency electrical matter (replacing GFI and external outlets after water issue). Engaging, knowledgeable, and quick working — would highly recommend. Can’t specifically comment on value/cost as I did not call around, but am very comfortable with what I paid and the value I get from hiring a local expert in the trade.

My experience began on a Saturday when I put my request in for a Home Depo Pro to fix my bathroom exhaust fan. I was immediately given a list of professionals to choose from. Lights and Plugs reached out to me right away before I even made a selection. I was pleasantly surprised. The OWNER took the call on the weekend and scheduled me for the following week. He gave me all the information on what the visit would entail including the initial cost. On the day of the visit, Ted arrived promptly, had a very professional and friendly demeanor, and took the time to educate me on the problems identified during the included inspection and so much more. The work on the fan was reasonably priced and completed quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
